Based on a tremendous response to our spring expedition to India, which quickly sold out, we’re delighted to add a second departure of our extraordinary Wildlife of India journey in the fall of 2010.

Recognizing the Year of the Tiger, our journey features wildlife safaris in three of India’s most important preserves. In addition to the tiger, the parks are home to one-horned Indian rhinos, clouded leopards, sambars, spotted deer, wild Indian elephants, monkeys and langurs. We’ll explore by foot and four-wheel drive vehicle, accessing famous parks such as the one that inspired author Rudyard Kipling. We’ll also visit several temples and monuments, including the phenomenal Taj Mahal.

The tour runs November 27 – December 13, 2010.
